Gene serves as CEO of Cobalt Aviation Advisors and sits on the board of directors of several other entities. He takes an active role in meeting with clients and understanding their needs, and his knowledge on every aspect of aircraft ownership continues to prove invaluable for clients.
Gene’s extensive experience in aircraft management, and how owners can offset their cost of ownership with charter revenue, has demonstrated benefits.
He advocates for each client, thinking like an owner first, saving prospective owners valuable time and wasted effort.
Gene currently lives in Bend, Oregon—chosen as the perfect west coast location for his business endeavors.  
 Emily is Vice President of Cobalt Aviation Advisors. She previously served as Executive Client Services Manager for Business Air and has more than ten years in the aviation industry. She continues to facilitate valuable introductions  and maintain long-term relationships with owners, operators, and industry leaders.
​Emily's passion for building trust and connecting with people has spanned her diverse career in aviation. After finding herself in aircraft management, charter, and ownership services, she knew she had found her niche. The people she’s met and relationships that she has established are her favorite part of each day.
She graduated with Honors from the University of Puget Sound and is originally from Colorado. She now resides in Seattle.
